Property listing data and photos may be subject to separate MLS, IDX, broker, photographer, and seller rights.

You may view website content for personal, non-commercial use. Any copying, republication, scraping, bulk extraction, or reuse of listing data, photographs, or site content must comply with our Terms of Service and all applicable rights.

§ 03

What to Include in a Takedown Notice

A DMCA takedown notice should comply with 17 U.S.C. § 512 and include:

  • Your full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The URL or other clear location of the allegedly infringing material.
  • A good-faith statement that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notice

If content you submitted was removed because of a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was mistaken or misidentified, you may send a counter-notice to the same contact above. A counter-notice should include identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court, and your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and may restrict users who repeatedly submit or post infringing material through the website.
